PEAS Non Profit User Research, Branding and Site Redesign - 2023

This group project was part of my UX Design bootcamp, in which we completed a full User Research and UX Redesign for a local Austin, TX non profit. My individual role in this project was divided mostly between research and design.

Scroll on to see highlights from research, wireframes, and more.

User Research

Our goal with the PEAS redesign was primarily to help the site be easier to navigate and better designed to reach their target audience of parents of school-age children.

We started with a customer survey, then we all conducted interviews to gather as much data as we could about PEAS’ target audience.

My primary individual contributions at this stage were writing the interview script and insight statement, and producing the final user persona.

UX Design

We started with started with a heuristic analysis of PEAS’ existing site, exploring user scenarios, and prioritizing features based on what we learned in the research phase.

We all produced wireframes and chose the best elements from each to plan out our first protoype, on which we performed usability tests and iterated.

My primary contributions at this stage were designing the new logo, creating the style tile, creating wireframes, and working on the clickable prototype.
